As my client you might arrive feeling distant from the person you hope to be, and gradually find yourself becoming someone who feels deeply familiar. I blend tools like EMDR, Psychodynamic, CBT, and IFS theories to help folks get to know themselves better, work through the hard stuff, and actually make changes that stick. Think insight + skills = real-life shifts.
