About me

Hi! I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in Washington, DC. I received my Masters in Social Work from The Catholic University of America and have been practicing for 15 years. I help individuals and couples who are experiencing issues related to trauma, anxiety and depression be the best versions of themselves. I also specialize in humans who identify as LGBTQ+ and polyamorous. I am a kink and sex positive therapist.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, I'll answer any questions you might have about therapy or me as a professional and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I will also continually check in and ask for feedback about how you feel our sessions are going so I can best support you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have 15 years of experience as a social worker and therapist. Not only do I have professional experience dealing with LGBTQ, trauma and polyamory - I have personal experience as well.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working all humans of any age, race, sexuality or gender who are looking to improve their lives.
