No matter where you are at in your therapeutic journey, I am here to help. I have been seeing people with addictions, anxiety, depression, and ADHD and I'm looking forward to working with you! You have taken the first step to becoming a healthier, happier version of yourself, and while that may be a bit scary you have the power within you to do this. Together you and I will work on creating a treatment plan that works for you and over the next few months we will work towards tackling each of your goals. In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. Together we will come up with a tailor-made plan to work through on subsequent sessions and help you achieve your goals.
As a therapist I have worked with clients with addictions over the last 3 years and prior to that I have worked an additional two years with adolescents and adults with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I will work with your strengths and help identify and any weak areas to help build your self-esteem and become the person you want to be by setting clear and concise goals. I am an empathetic listener and easy going, most of all, I love helping people like you become the best version of yourself you can be!

I have experience working with people who have addictions, adolescents with ADHD, or people of any age facing anxiety or depression. I have been using CBT for the past five years to help individuals learn coping skills and recognize negative thought patters. Recognizing negative thought patterns is the first step in learning to manage unwanted behavior patterns to treat a wide range of distressing symptoms such as those with anxiety, depression, and other unhealthy coping mechanisms.
For the past three years I have used Rational Emotive Behavior as a means to teach healthy coping skills and to correct thinking errors that lead to substance use, depression, or anxiety. REBT is an empirically based psychotherapy tool that will help you live a happier and mentally healthier life.
