(she/her)
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, former childrens dance teacher from Santa Monica, with a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California, and over 15 years of experience. In our sessions, I bring a real and authentic vibe. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation, so we’ll keep it informal, honest, and down-to-earth. My client-centered approach is rooted in a strength-based perspective, where building an authentic connection with you is central to my counseling style. I believe in empowering you by focusing on your inherent resilience and capabilities. Guided by core values of empathy, authenticity, and resilience, I believe in honoring your story, and empowering you to create meaningful change.
In our first therapy session, we'll start by getting to know each other. I'll ask you some questions about your background, what brought you here, and what goals you have for therapy. This is a safe, open space where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. We'll also discuss what to expect from therapy, answer any questions you have, and begin to outline a plan that's tailored to your needs. It's a collaborative process, and this first session is about laying the groundwork for our work together.
My goal is to make you feel comfortable and understood while we work together to navigate whatever challenges you're facing. Real talk, real connections, and real growth. Let's laugh, cry, and thrive. I am all about creating a safe and non-judgmental space full of gratitude, where I learn through you and grow with you. As a therapist, I take a compassionate, humanistic approach that honors your unique journey and strengths. I use a variety of approaches and tools to individualize a plan that supports your goals. so that you can live your best most authentic life.
