Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor who serves as a dedicated mental health therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of their emotional well-being. With over 8 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of assisting many individuals on their journey towards mental and emotional health. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based practices to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe that every person possesses the keys and strength to conquer life's obstacles. As the therapist, my role is to help you unearth those gems inside you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is aimed at us getting to know one another. I will provide you with space to share your story and I'll ask questions to gain more clarity. Towards the end of the session, I will provide you with more information about myself and my approach to counseling, and answer questions you may have to make sure we have a good counseling match.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Over the course of the past 8 years, I have developed the ability to provide a non-judgmental environment that allows clients to more deeply explore their current issues in order to better identify root causes for those issues. I help clients identify their strengths to assist them in overcoming their current challenges.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

With this method we will explore how your thoughts influence your feelings and ultimately your experiences and behaviors. We will explore how to create new thoughts inside of your current situations in order to create change in your life.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Some thoughts are truth and are not subject to change. With this method we will explore the meaning and impact of that truth. We will identify a new definition of better while still holding that truth in place.
