I work to help you better your relationships, alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression, increase productivity and motivation at work, and cope with the stressors of life. It is my mission to show both my clients and the community that EVERYONE can benefit from seeing a counselor! Having a third party to discuss our difficulties with can help us to gain perspective and insight into how we can better ourselves and our situations. My individualized approach caters directly to the needs of my clients in a comfortable space where their breakthroughs can begin! I'm currently offering telehealth services, which means video chat sessions through the comfort of your own space. Clients can expect to discuss maladaptive coping strategies that are no longer helpful to them. Together we will work to identify new ways of managing any issue that my arise.

I work with high functioning individuals that are interested in bettering their perspectives and their life skills. I focus on individuals who are dealing with symptoms related to anxiety and depression as well as stress management and coping skills.
