Hello, my name is Rashell Diuk. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with 14 years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered mental health care. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. The initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals, concerns, and current challenges.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist include creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I bring a calm, collaborative, and compassionate presence to therapy while also helping clients stay focused on meaningful goals and practical progress. With 14 years of clinical experience, I have developed the ability to balance empathy with evidence-based interventions that promote insight, resilience, and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is motivated, open to self-exploration, and actively engaged in the therapeutic process. I work best with individuals who are willing to participate collaboratively in treatment, practice skills outside of sessions, and take meaningful steps toward their personal goals. While clients do not need to have everything figured out, a willingness to reflect, communicate openly, and commit to growth helps foster a productive and supportive therapeutic relationship.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a practical, collaborative approach to help clients identify the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical responses. In my practice, I support clients in recognizing unhelpful thinking patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, and building skills that promote long-term emotional resilience and behavioral change.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as a strengths-based, future-focused approach that helps clients identify solutions, build on existing abilities, and create meaningful change in a relatively short period of time. In my practice, I help clients focus less on problems themselves and more on identifying what is working, clarifying goals, and developing practical steps toward desired outcomes.
