As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I bring extensive clinical experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I believe strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship and take a client-centered approach to create a safe, supportive space. My work focuses on helping clients explore how life experiences—including early development, trauma history, and ongoing stressors—can impact their emotional well-being and their ability to form and maintain healthy relationships with themselves and others.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our initial sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, building rapport, exploring your current challenges, and identifying your goals for therapy. We’ll also review the intake form you’ll complete prior to our first meeting to better understand your biopsychosocial history. My approach is centered on meeting you where you are while creating a safe, supportive therapeutic space for self-exploration and growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Feeling a sense of safety and trust is a vital part of the therapeutic process, and my initial goal is to give you the time and space to get there. I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to provide a safe, supportive environment, along with guidance and tools to help you recognize your strengths, work through blind spots, and move toward greater self-efficacy and empowerment.

I enjoy working with young adults to adult population of diverse backgrounds. Throughout my clinical experience, I’ve come to believe that we all hold the capacity to improve our quality of life—it often just takes a supportive, safe space to explore that potential and move forward in meaningful ways.

I believe each client to be unique with their strengths as well as needs when coming in for counseling. I take a client centered, holistic approach to collaborate with my clients to establish their treatment plan. Some of the treatment methods utilized in my practice include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused , Attachment and Trauma Focused.
