Hello! I'm Grace! Do you feel like your past is holding you back? Are you ready to heal from the past so that YOU can create the abundant future you deserve? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Flordia who is passionate about helping clients to reclaim their power and find not only a deeper connection and understanding of themselves but to create deeper and more meaningful connections with the world around them. I am here to help you create a toolbox of skills to manage all of life's twists and turns with trust and confidence in your ability to heal. YOU ARE RESILIENT! I am also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher as well as a spin instructor and I believe in the power of movement as a powerful healing modality.
In your first session with me I will take extra time and care to get to know you and your story. I want to ensure that I am the right therapist for you and I will guide the session to give you time and space to express your needs and goals. Don't worry about coming with all the answers! I create a safe space for clients to also ask me any questions about my experience and background so that you can feel comfortable with my style and approach.
We will use a combination of modalities in therapy. I am passionate about Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, and somatic therapy and I work from a strengths-based perspective!

I've been seeing Grace for almost 2 years, and in the near 90 appointments we've had, she's completely transformed my life for the better. She's always in my corner, but is not afraid to give the tough love thats needed to grow. She's funny, intelligent, and the most welcoming and understanding therapist I've ever had. She's changed my life for the better.

So we only get to put two options on here however this is someone who I just met as a clinician and she is amazing and I totally appreciate her. I think that I already feel a little bit validated in some of the stuff that I was talking about even though I wasn't looking for validation. So I very much appreciate everything today. I needed it.
