I am also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher as well as a spin instructor and I believe in the power of movement as a powerful healing modality.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Flordia who is passionate about helping clients to reclaim their power and find not only a deeper connection and understanding of themselves but to create deeper and more meaningful connections with the world around them. I am here to help you create a toolbox of skills to manage all of life's twists and turns with trust and confidence in your ability to heal. YOU ARE RESILIENT! First session

In your first session with me I will take extra time and care to get to know you and your story. I want to ensure that I am the right therapist for you and I will guide the session to give you time and space to express your needs and goals. Don't worry about coming with all the answers! I create a safe space for clients to also ask me any questions about my experience and background so that you can feel comfortable with my style and approach.

Grace always listens! I notice I can randomly interrupt or add things to a discussion, and she always actively listens. She remembers details about me that makes me feel seen and understood. That— omg I can’t believe she remembers that! She always asks insightful questions that make me be introspective to help me understand how i am feeling and how to deal with those emotions better moving forward. Warm, enthusiastic, empowering, easy to talk to like a longtime friend. She genuinely cares.
