I am dedicated to helping individuals find healing and empowerment in a safe, compassionate, and solution-focused environment. My practice centers around creating a non-judgmental space where you can process difficult emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and discover effective strategies to improve your well-being. My practice is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and understood. I provide a sanctuary for self-expression, personal discovery, and growth—a place to process complex emotions and world events in a safe and productive way. No matter where you are on your journey, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will get to know each other to make sure we are a good fit for the therapuetic journey. You can expect possible assessments, sharing about your family history if needed, prior mental health history, and of course what you are seeking out of the therapy process. Treatment and goal planning are also a part of the first session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with clients for the last 8 years on a variety of issues in their lives, I have found that the therapeutic relationship is a major indicator of success in therapy. I am very open-minded and can connect deeply with others.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a therapist, I believe that people have problem-solving capability. I utilize a cognitive/solution-focused approach to therapy.

Motivational Interviewing

I have utilized motivational interviewing as a therapy modality for years, specifically with helping people explore and resolve their perceived inability to change negative behaviors.
