I approach focuses on treating the whole person. I am passionate about patients helping patients improve their overall health and achieve optimal well-being.

First session
The first session will be an introduction and initial evaluation. My goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood and empowered. I can start medication management if there is a mutual agreement that is best. We will discuss potential benefits as well as side effects to choose the medication most likely to benefit each individual. Please note that I do not prescribe controlled substances (e.g. xanax or other benzodiazepines, Adderall or other stimulants).

I believe in individualized care that is also evidence based. I feel that my clients trust my medical knowledge and know that I listen closely to needs/issues. I try to stay up to date and use evidence-based practices.

I provide medication management services and supportive therapy. Supportive therapy strengthens coping skills and boost self esteem. I use empathy, validation and practical guidance to assist with daily problem solving.
