Tracy Ann Reid-Saunders
Hello, and welcome. I am Dr. Reid Saunders, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Doctor of Nursing Practice dedicated to helping adolescents (13+) and adults improve their mental health and overall quality of life. I specialize in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and women’s mental health. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe that every client deserves to feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment plan. Whether you’re struggling with focus and attention, overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, life transitions, or persistent symptoms that are affecting your daily life, I work alongside you to develop practical strategies and treatment solutions that support lasting wellness. I offer both medication management and therapeutic interventions tailored to your unique needs, helping you build resilience, gain insight, and achieve meaningful progress toward your goals.
First session
Once you book your appointment on Grow Therapy, you will receive intake paperwork from my practice, Sova Health Group. Please complete all forms at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If your paperwork is not completed within this timeframe, your appointment will be automatically canceled to ensure proper documentation and care coordination. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to supporting your mental health journey. During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to treatment. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and goals for care. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share what you hope to gain from treatment. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy-based interventions, lifestyle recommendations, or additional assessments when appropriate. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you feel supported and empowered from the very beginning of your mental health journey.
