Ty Hen
Hello my name is Ty Henry. I have over a decade of experience working in the counseling field. I am a Navy veteran who has a passion for meeting people where they and help them navigate through life's challenges. I believe everyone has a story to tell but some of us need a little more help than others. I want to help you reach your greatest potential and work through whatever life throws at you. You owe that to yourself.
First session
What you can expect from me, is to meet you where you are. A judge free environment where you can feel free to be yourself and recieve counseling services for someone who genuinely cares and wants a see you mentally healthy and whole.

I believe my greatest strengths are communication, compassion, empathy, and active listening.

If you need help just navigating through life decisions i am here. If your married or in a serious relationship and need help in communicating or working through some issues I want to help you too. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have over a decade of experience using CBT, to help decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Couples Counseling
I love working with couples, who are at the beginning of their journey together as well as those who has been together for years. It's never to late or early to learn new techniques to focus on continuing to do life together.
Motivational Interviewing
Over 10 years of helping guiding my clients towards steps to becoming healthy and whole.
