I am a licensed mental health therapist, and I provide services to individuals who are willing to participate in their journey of healing and allow me along for the ride. I have been servicing individuals with life stressors, family conflict, marital concerns, and navigating life and mental health issues for 18 years. Therapy is not a job; it is a ministry for me.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A participant can expect to hear my stance as a therapist, confidentiality and its limitations, and the protocol of what therapy looks like with me. Additionally, there will be tons of questions, so I may see where a good starting point would be and not where society and family say they should be. Life has to be important to the individual that is standing in it so my perspective is to stand in it tall and unapologetically so.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is my ability to build rapport and deal with people where they are. Having worked with young professionals for the past 7 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. So, it is essential to be a part of your journey.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best positioned to serve those who are willing to permit themselves the ability to work. That work begins with a choice to start therapy, and that is a great start to me. It is more important to know how to get in a better position to serve the people versus who I am in the best position to serve.
