My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I help my clients identify the root core beliefs contributing to their depression and anxiety. Together we create a plan to restructure their perspectives.

Grief Therapy

Grief is the most common of all experiences and yet it is the most personal. I tailor each session to meet the specific needs of my clients experiencing grief and loss.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is an excellent modality if you experience "big emotions" and struggle to understand manage them. I help my clients learn new skills to accept their feelings and adapt to change.
