Mostly active listening. I will ask a lot of questions (and some of them might makke you feel uncomfortable) but its important that I get to know you and learn about the challenges you are facing that threaten your quality of life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Borderline Personality Disorder is an often misunderstood diagnosis. You can learn ways to better regulate your intense emotions, improve your interpersonal skills, increase your mindfulness, and build your tolerance for dealing with uncomfortable feelings without them derailing your life.
