Hello, my name is Lily Aguirre. I am a licensed therapist based in California with over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families. I am passionate about helping clients navigate challenges through a focus on attachment, family dynamics, and trauma history. My goal is to create a supportive and therapeutic environment that promotes healing, well-being, and personal growth.
During our first session I would like to learn more about you and what you expect from therapy. We will review your goals and how to best tailor our sessions for you.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to see each client within the context of their relationships and environment. Whether I’m working with teens, adults, or young children, I take a holistic and compassionate approach that honors the unique dynamics of each family system. I bring a deep understanding of attachment and trauma, particularly in early childhood, and I’m skilled at creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and empowered. My experience across the lifespan—from birth to adulthood—allows me to meet clients where they are while helping families build stronger, healthier connections.
I have extensive experience working with teens and adults navigating life stressors related to school, work, and relationships. In addition, I specialize in working with children from birth to five, using a whole-family approach that considers the parent-child relationship, early developmental needs, and the broader family system. I believe in supporting not just the individual, but the entire family unit to foster lasting growth and connection.
Have extensive experience working with individuals and families with trauma. I believe most clients should have an understanding of complex trauma and how it manifest in their lives.
