New to Grow
I’m a warm, direct, and compassionate therapist who believes therapy should feel comfortable enough that you can take your shoes off—and I usually do. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I especially enjoy helping people navigate relationship challenges, life transitions, and feeling stuck. I bring humor into the room when helpful, and I partner with you to guide the direction of our work together.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and build a sense of comfort and trust,no pressure to have everything figured out. I’ll ask questions to understand what brings you in, but we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals that are meaningful and personal to your experience, because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s a collaborative space where we figure out what you need and how we can get there together.
I bring a balanced and thoughtful approach to my sessions. I’m someone who values holding space deeply, I listen closely and aim to create a grounded, safe environment where clients feel truly heard. At the same time, I’m not afraid to gently challenge patterns of thinking or behavior when it feels helpful and appropriate. I see this balance as important for growth: feeling supported and understood while also being encouraged to reflect, stretch, and explore new perspectives. My goal is always to meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to what they need in the moment.
I work especially well with couples and families who want to improve communication, strengthen connection, and navigate challenges together. I also support individuals who are experiencing life transitions, relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, or a sense of feeling stuck. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change so they can move toward healthier relationships, greater resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
