Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, parenting struggles, challenging symptoms of ADHD, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our first session together we'll start with a brief introduction and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create, with your help, a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Everyone has a back story, it's a huge part of what makes us unique. I'm a combat-deployed veteran and part of an active-duty military family. I'm also a twin mama with a love for educating parents on effective parenting strategies and working with couples to address the unseen work in families to find more balance, equality and joy. I also have ADHD and have learned over time how to embrace those parts of my neuro-divergent brain that give me superpowers, and how to structure my days/schedule in such a way to be most successful. I love problem-solving, helping clients get right to the heart of the matter so they can feel better, sooner.
I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate emotional challenges with practical, compassionate tools. My clients are often couples with a desire for improving communication and fostering empathy, or individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or those healing from trauma and growing in self-awareness. Clients looking for safe space to explore values, process experiences, and build resilience may find that my practice and style are a good fit for them.

I love talking and discussing my self-reflective thoughts and attachment style with Andrea. She always brings different perspectives and knowledge about the topics we discussed, along with her life experiences as a therapist, to expand my knowledge and for me to figure out what I can work on for myself, both inside/outside of the therapy sessions. Andrea is very bright, joyful, creative, and a great listener who made me feel seen, heard, and accepted. I look forward to our meeting every time.

Andrea is a very good listener and a wonderful therapist to talk to and express my feelings, thoughts, and my own reflection without feeling any judgment. She made me feel seen, listened to, and comfortable sharing my experiences and my relationships with her. She has a positive way to communicate and challenged my perception of myself and others.
