I am a kind, charismatic, and genuine therapist who is passionate about treating every client with respect, compassion, and dignity. From day one, my space is your safe, judgment-free space. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I will ask a set of structured questions to help me better understand your story, experiences, and how you make sense of them, and you are welcome to respond in whatever way feels most comfortable for you. Together, we will begin laying the foundation for our work by exploring your hopes for therapy, your goals, and what you would like to see change in your life. My role is to support, encourage, and walk alongside you throughout the process as you move toward meaningful growth, healing, and self-understanding.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, we will explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to better understand what may be keeping you stuck. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has been a core treatment modality in my work with clients for over three years. We explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors helping you to recognize how your thinking patterns impact your daily life. Many clients feel empowered by learning that they can challenge unhelpful thoughts and choose healthier perspectives that support positive behavioral change. I have seen the impact of CBT in helping individuals build greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and a more peaceful, fulfilling life.
EMDR
I am trained in EMDR therapy and work with clients who feel weighed down by past experiences, trauma, anxiety, or negative self-beliefs. My goal is to help you process unresolved experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build a more adaptive and compassionate view of yourself.
