Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I describe the therapeutic relationship between a counselor and the client as a collaborative one. The client and the counselor should work together to set goals that will help enhance the client’s well-being and establish healthier patterns of relating to oneself and others. When you choose to work with me, you can expect a space where vulnerability is met with compassion, not judgment. Where challenges are posed with the intent of fostering growth. And where every conversation, every insight, is geared towards helping you find tangible, meaningful solutions to the stressors that life places before you.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I have training in Brainspotting. My approaches include trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe my greatest strengths as a provider is being a good listener. I’ve found that being present with someone without judgment, practicing empathy and compassion is rewarding. It allows me to support people where they are currently at emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally. This has allowed me to learn a lot about myself and has helped me grow as a person.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with adults who suffer from life issues (depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, etc.).
