New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides a supportive, goal-oriented therapy space where clients can feel heard, understood, and respected. I work with individuals who are dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, and the impact of past experiences. The clients I serve are often people who feel stuck in patterns they want to change, are overwhelmed by emotions or responsibilities, or are ready to build healthier coping skills and stronger boundaries. My approach is collaborative and individualized, blending practical tools with deeper insight work so treatment is both meaningful and actionable. My goal is to help clients experience real-life change by improving emotional regulation, increasing self-confidence, having healthier relationships, and having a stronger ability to manage stress and triggers.
I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can authentically explore their emotions and experiences. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space that encourages vulnerability and self-exploration. I support clients in acknowledging and accepting their emotions as valid parts of their journey. Ultimately, I want to guide clients toward becoming the best version of themselves they envision as they move through life, one day at a time.
I’m a person-centered therapist who creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship through empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, allowing clients to explore their experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I work collaboratively with clients to clarify goals, strengthen self-trust, and identify existing strengths and insights to support meaningful, sustainable change.
My dream client is someone who is ready to engage in therapy as an active, collaborative journey. They may be exhausted, anxious, or discouraged when they first arrive, but there is still a part of them that believes change is possible. They are willing to be honest about what is not working, curious about their patterns, and open to learning skills that support long-term growth. They understand that motivation can fluctuate, yet they commit to showing up and trying again.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my practice, I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help you identify the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that are contributing to how you’re feeling. Together, we look at how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, then practice skills to challenge unhelpful thinking and replace it with more balanced, realistic perspectives.
EMDR
In my practice, I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you process distressing memories and experiences that may still feel “stuck” and continue to impact your emotions, beliefs, and reactions in the present.
Motivational Interviewing
In my practice, I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) as a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach to help you explore any mixed feelings you may have about change. We’ll look at what matters most to you, clarify your goals and values, and identify what’s getting in the way, without pressure or blame.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
In my practice, I use a person-centered approach to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship through empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, so we can explore what you’re experiencing at your pace. Rather than telling you what to do, I work collaboratively with you to clarify your goals, strengthen self-trust, and identify the insights and strengths you already have.
