Hello! I’m Jordan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels right for them. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or trauma-related dysregulation, I offer a compassionate environment focused on healing and growth. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you work toward hope, healing, and achieving your identified goals!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Beginning counseling can bring up a mix of hope, nerves, and curiosity—and all of that is welcome here. My intention is to help you feel at ease from the very first moment we meet. Our initial session is simply a space for us to get to know one another and talk about what led you to seek counseling. I’ll ask some questions so I can better understand your experiences, your story, and what you’re hoping for, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. You don’t need to prepare or say anything “the right way”—just come exactly as you are. This first meeting is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of me and how I work. You’re invited to ask any questions—about me, the counseling process, my approach, or anything that might help you feel more comfortable. Together, we’ll begin shaping goals that feel meaningful and supportive for you. Above all, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where your voice matters, your pace is honored, and you’re met with genuine care and compassion. From the very start, my focus is on helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you take these next steps forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets me apart as a therapist is my commitment to meeting each client with compassion, clarity, and respect for their unique journey. With experience across hospitals, in-home services, outpatient non-profits and crisis care, I support individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I offer more than strategies—I provide a non-judgmental atmosphere , insight, and genuine partnership, helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I meet you where you are, moving at your pace, and blend practical tools with heartfelt guidance to support growth and healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My approach is especially effective for individuals, couples, and adolescents seeking a space that is both structured and flexible—where your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can be explored with curiosity rather than judgment. I guide clients through evidence-based strategies to understand patterns, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward change. Together, we focus on creating progress that leads to lasting growth, greater self-awareness, and a deeper sense of peace.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical, real-life skills for managing emotions, navigating stress, and strengthening relationships. Over time, I’ve seen how DBT creates a powerful sense of balance—supporting self-acceptance while also encouraging meaningful, positive change. Many clients discover that these skills don’t stay in the therapy room; they become tools they can rely on and carry with them in everyday life.

Couples Counseling

I use couples counseling to help partners better understand one another, improve communication, and work through challenges as a team. In sessions, I create a supportive, neutral space where both individuals feel heard and respected. We focus on identifying patterns that may be causing conflict, exploring underlying emotions and needs, and building healthier ways to express concerns. Rather than assigning blame, couples counseling emphasizes collaboration—helping partners strengthen trust, deepen emotional connection, and develop practical tools they can use outside of sessions to navigate disagreements and grow together.

Trauma Informed Care

My approach to Trauma-Informed Care recognizes that many people carry the lasting effects of past trauma into their present lives. I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment rooted in trust and respect, understanding that behaviors often reflect adaptive responses to earlier experiences. By honoring boundaries, pacing, and individual needs, I allow clients to guide the process in a way that feels empowering. Trauma-Informed Care is about meeting people where they are and supporting them as they rebuild safety, resilience, and wholeness.
