Hello! Let me start by saying you should feel proud that you have made it to this point, looking for a therapist and exploring the steps to feeling empowered and content. I thank you for considering me to be a part of your self exploration, and I would be delighted to work with you. Through my years of study and practice I am able to offer a unique viewpoint and understanding. I use my strong background to work with each client in a holistic context. Together we can examine how you exist in the world around you and how to best help you feel confident and successful in your life. I am here for the rough patches, the "I just need someone to talk to" times, and the navigating of traumas both old and new. I can help you develop new skills, hone coping strategies, manage feelings and stress, and support you in moving forward into a healthier, happier place in your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A first session can feeling overwhelming. Not to worry! In the first session we would spend time building a connection and exploring what would be most helpful for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my strengths in working with neurodiverse individuals. I work to stay up to date on effective treatment models and increase my understanding of how to be an efficient and helpful therapist. I have extensive experience supporting Autistic clients, those with ADHD, bipolar, borderline personality, as well as those struggling with anxiety and depression. I also have a strong background in trauma assessment and treatment. I have worked with clients of varied backgrounds and all ages. I am comfortable conducting family sessions as needed.
