About me

Tired of having the same argument over and over and feeling like nothing changes? As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I'm uniquely trained to understand how relationship dynamics, emotional patterns, and communication affect both individuals and couples. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and men's and women's mental health concerns. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and focused on real progress. If you’re looking for someone who will meet you where you are—but also challenge you to grow—you’re in the right place.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Direct and compassionate therapy for couples and individuals ready to create healthier relationships and lasting change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My training as an LMFT allows me to see the bigger picture. Whether I'm working with individuals or couples, I help identify the interactional patterns that keep people feeling stuck. Sessions focus on practical strategies, deeper understanding, and creating healthier ways of connecting—with yourself and the people who matter most.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

The clients I work best with are those who are curious about themselves and open to growth. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start—you simply need a willingness to explore new perspectives, practice new skills, and engage in the process of change. Therapy is a collaborative experience, and my goal is to provide practical tools, meaningful insight, and support that extends beyond our sessions.
