First session
I partner with clients to establish individualized treatment goals within the first 1-2 sessions and use various therapeutic interventions aimed at assisting clients to leave sessions feeling lighter, more relaxed and better prepared for the next life challenge, be it large or small.

I bring over 20 years of experience in working with children, teenagers, adults and families. My biggest strengths include assisting clients in need of personal empowerment and those seeking better understanding of anxiety, depression and codependency concerns.
