Hello! I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to support individuals in managing mood, stress, and anxiety, using a holistic approach that includes supportive therapy, lifestyle changes, supplements and micronutrients, as well as medication management. I believe in taking a well-rounded approach to mental health and wellness, empowering individuals to feel their best and live fulfilling lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll take some time to talk about what's been challenging for you and how these challenges may have shown up in different areas of your life. We'll also explore different ways to approach these concerns and work together to create a plan that feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I’m here to listen to you, and your preferences and wishes will always be at the heart of our treatment plan. If a medication or intervention doesn’t seem like a good fit for you, I’ll make sure to explain why and we’ll explore other options together.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are experiencing big life transitions and having difficulty with the big emotions that come with those times of change. As I am a medical provider, medication is a part of my treatment plan, so if your preference is not to use medication, I suggest seeking out one of the amazing therapists that can be found on Grow!

My treatment methods

Supportive

Supportive therapy is an approach designed to provide emotional support and guidance, helping people cope with stress, anxiety, or life challenges. It focuses on enhancing a person's ability to manage difficulties by offering validation, encouragement, and practical problem-solving strategies. Unlike other forms of therapy that delve deeply into past experiences or explore the unconscious, supportive therapy aims to strengthen coping skills, foster resilience, and improve overall well-being.
