I strive to maintain a conversational and collaborative approach to help you understand yourself better so you can figure out where you are coming from, where you currently are, and where you would like to go. In our first session together, I spend time getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. By the end of the session, we will come up with goals that you will set so we have a roadmap of where we hope to go as we embark on our journey together.

With over 10 years practicing as a Licensed Social Worker, I have supported individuals in various stages of life navigating a range of life challenges including physical and mental illness, stress, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, and substance use.
