Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then get into goal setting to come up with a plan tailored to your needs. I’m a firm believer of the therapeutic connection and the power it holds in your healing journey. Together, we’ll uncover a deeper sense of authenticity and find ways to cope with stressors/triggers that will work uniquely for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I strive to create a safe space to assist you in your healing journey, while providing a non-judgmental environment where you can thrive. I incorporate techniques and strategies from evidence-based practices that lead to showing your progress throughout our work together.
