I’m so glad you’re here! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters Degree from the Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for 3 years. I have experience working with young adults and college students, helping them manage and find solutions during crucial periods in their life.

First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then get into goal setting to come up with a plan tailored to your needs. I’m a firm believer of the therapeutic connection and the power it holds in your healing journey. Together, we’ll uncover a deeper sense of authenticity and find ways to cope with stressors/triggers that will work uniquely for you.
