Hello, I am Jeoson and I have been a clinician for over ten years. Everyone has been through pain and difficulties and sometimes we carry that around. I have been working with different individuals, in both inpatient and outpatient settings, in different areas of their struggles. I believe in a holistic approach that is individualized and focuses on goals and outcomes. Therapy is based on trust, and it is a process. I have helped individuals dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, and grief. The longer I am in the field, the more I am amazed by people’s ability to find strength from within to allow healing to take place.

My focus will be on creating an authentic connection that encourages healing. I genuinely love learning about my clients and listening to their life stories. From there, I focus on stress reduction, relapse prevention, anxiety management, finding meaning, and setting goals you want to achieve and will walk with you while you get there.
