Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing therapy for almost 20 years. I am located in Hillsdale-Coldwater Michigan area and received my Masters from University of Michigan in 2005. I am available to help young adults through centenarian's to adjust to the trials and challenges of everyday life. I use many different forms of therapy including cognitive behavior therapy,(CBT) the confidence building therapy. Psychodynamic therapy, looking at the past to create a healthy future. Exposure therapy, Learning new ways to overcome your fears. Plus many more.
First session
Beginning with the first session we begin to learn about each other. I want to hear your story about what it is you would like help with. If you are a little shy or just need help in identifying what you need, that is okay I am hear to help and guild you. This is a journey only you can tell and I am there for you.
