About me

I’m Susana Watson, a therapist licensed in both Washington and Florida. I specialize in supporting clients who feel stretched too thin, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. Whether you’re managing work stress, parenting demands, relationship challenges, or simply trying to figure out what’s next, I provide compassionate, practical support grounded in real-life tools to help you reconnect with what matters most to you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first meeting, we’ll spend some time on important paperwork and also focus on getting to know you. If I notice there’s a lot on your mind, we’ll keep the paperwork to the essentials and use the rest of the session for what’s most helpful whether that’s learning practical tools you can use right away or simply having a supportive space to be heard.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is flexibility. I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Instead, I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs, drawing from a variety of evidence based methods and approaches. What stands out in my work is my ability to adapt whether you need practical tools, space to process, or faith-based support, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you in your journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My approach is practical, nonjudgmental, and focused on real-life change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused techniques, and strengths-based tools to help you move from surviving to actually living. I create a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or have it all figured out. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck like saying “yes” too often, putting your own needs last, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s happiness and begin making room for something healthier and more sustainable. You can expect to feel seen, supported, and like you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. Sometimes, it’s not even clear what’s wrong just that anxiety is rising, joy feels flat, or you’re showing up every day without feeling truly present. We’ll work together to bring clarity, build healthy boundaries, and make space for what actually matters to you. This isn’t therapy that stays in theory. We will focus on making things tangibly better, one step at a time. If you’re feeling lost, anxious, or just worn out, I’m here to help you find your way back to yourself.
