Our first session will be sort of like dumping out puzzle pieces and sorting them and organizing them so we can know how we want to create a therapeutic picture, treatment, plan, and goals for the client. I think some of my greatest strengths of the therapists are having a very compassionate approach that is also direct, gentle and with strategic solution focused tools.
Bella Rockman offers therapy covered by Medicaid - Superior HealthPlan, Superior HealthPlan (Managed Medicaid) and UnitedHealthcare/Optum - Medicaid in Texas.
Psychoeducation is a very large part of my work. It’s important for me to provide tips, tools and life hacks that clients can feel confident using when they’re out of therapy sessions and in their real every day life. Sort of creating a life toolbox together.
