Clients can rest assured that during the first session I'll do (some of) the talking :) building rapport and getting to know fun facts/building blocks of each clients life story. Then, we begin to envision what the healing process will look like and one-by-one create actionable steps towards growth!
My greatest strengths are flexibility, openness and consistency! Also, a genuine interest in personal growth
Nichola works best with clients who are curious and motivated about creating positive life changes, no matter the life story!
