As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I believe that feeling seen, heard, and supported is the foundation of good mental health. Reaching out for help isn’t always easy, so I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to take this step. For the past seven years, I’ve worked closely with individuals and families navigating life’s emotional ups and downs, with a focus on mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma and PTSD, peripartum mental health and identity-related concerns. My approach is grounded in empathy, clinical expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping people move toward healing and balance.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We’ll take time to explore what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to gain from treatment. I’ll ask about your mental health history, current symptoms, daily routines, and any past experiences with therapy or medication. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and share what’s most important to you. My goal is to understand your needs and make sure you feel heard, supported, and comfortable moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in building strong, trusting relationships and making clients feel genuinely heard and supported. I’m skilled at breaking down complex issues and helping clients gain clarity and confidence. I take a collaborative, judgment-free approach that blends clinical expertise with compassion. Clients often share that they appreciate my calm presence, thoughtful listening, and ability to create a space where they feel safe to be themselves and work toward lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning but overwhelmed—seeking clarity, stability, and tools to better manage their emotions and responsibilities. Some come in feeling stuck or unsure of their next steps; others are ready to make meaningful changes but need support staying consistent. Whether you're exploring a new diagnosis, adjusting to medication, or working through life transitions, I’m here to provide compassionate support and practical guidance every step of the way.
