New to Grow
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck—repeating painful relationship patterns, carrying the weight of past experiences that they’re ready to heal, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin creating meaningful change. Choosing therapy is a meaningful step toward improving your life and relationships. With greater self-understanding comes the opportunity for deeper connection, emotional balance, and lasting change. If you're ready to break free from patterns that no longer serve you and create a more fulfilling life, I welcome you to reach out.
We’ll begin by reviewing your intake information and exploring your personal history. Together, we’ll discuss current stressors and the reasons you’re seeking therapy. Finally, we’ll collaborate to establish a personalized treatment plan with clear, achievable goals tailored to your needs.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma and distressing life experiences, as well as the Gottman Method for couples therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment-based approach that helps partners strengthen connection and communication. These approaches allow us to address both the root causes of distress and the patterns that keep people feeling stuck.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples struggling with unhealthy relationship patterns reclaim their sense of self and create healthier relationships. In a warm, supportive, and safe space, we’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck, heal emotional wounds, and develop the tools you need to set stronger boundaries, communicate effectively, and reconnect with your inner self and/or partner. I also work with couples struggling with co-dependency, infidelity, conflict resolution, and attachment related issues that negatively impact their connection.
