New to Grow
Hi, I'm a Licensed psychotherapist providing a warm, collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, blending evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, CPT, and IFS to help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life challenges. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you build practical tools, and support deeper insight and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive conversation where we focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your current concerns, relevant background, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together, while also going over logistics like confidentiality and how therapy works. There's no pressure to share everything at once-we'll move at your pace-and I may begin offering initial insights or tools so you can leave with a sense of direction and what our work together can look like moving forward.
What stands out about my approach is the balance between practical tools and deeper, meaningful work. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model-instead, I tailor therapy using evidence-based methods to fit you, helping you not only manage symptoms in the moment but also understand and shift the underlying patterns driving them. Clients often find that our work is both supportive and actionable, giving them clarity, emotional relief, and skills they can carry into their everyday lives for lasting change.
I work best with individuals who are motivated for growth and open to self-reflection, even if they're not sure where to start. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, and feel stuck in patterns they want to understand and change. They're looking for a supportive, collaborative space where they can build practical skills, gain insight into themselves, and move toward a more balanced, meaningful life at their own pace.

I identify as
Integrative
I use an integrative and eclectic therapy approach in my practice, meaning I combine evidence-based methods to fit your unique needs rather than a on-size-fits-all model. This includes CBT to help shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, DBT to build skills for managing emotions and relationships, CPT to process trauma, psychodynamic therapy to explore deeper patterns and past experiences, positive psychology to strengthen resilience and meaning, and IFS to understand and heal different parts of yourself with compassion. Together, we focus on both symptom relief and deeper, lasting changes at a pace that feels right for you.
