Hello to everyone, I'm Kim! Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hang ups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Openly hear what to expect from me in form of flexibility, how sessions will run and assure that I can meet your needs. Listen openly to why you are seeking therapy and expect no judgement. Confirm what times will work for us both weekly.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach to therapy is not a one-size-fits-all attitude or method. Together, we can identify what’s going wrong and where we can make changes to improve your happiness, relationships, and overall well-being. Using a holistic view, I take the time to learn about you, your values, and your goals for treatment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to serve individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in transition people who sense that something in their lives isn’t working but aren’t yet sure how to change it. This often includes clients navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, identity questions, or major life shifts such as career changes, loss, or personal growth milestones. Many of the people I work well with are thoughtful and self-aware, but may struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others. They might be used to “holding it all together” on the outside while feeling uncertain or exhausted internally. Some come with clear goals like improving communication, managing emotions, or building confidence while others simply want a space to better understand themselves. I’m especially helpful for those who are open to reflection and curious about their inner world, even if they feel hesitant or unsure about therapy. Whether someone is seeking practical tools, deeper insight, or a supportive place to process their experiences, I aim to meet them where they are and help them move toward greater clarity, resilience, and alignment in their lives. I am also available for EAP, short term interventions, but sometimes interventions take longer to achieve, and time is not known to fulfill an individual's journey in life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and mood disorders. I guide clients through the process of identifying distorted thinking, challenging cognitive distortions, and developing healthier, more adaptive perspectives. At the same time, I support behavior change through strategies such as behavioral activation, exposure, and skill-building.
