(he/him)
I’m an experienced LCSW who works with adults feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, or major life changes. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying. My approach is practical and steady, helping you understand your patterns, reduce stress, and build strategies that make daily life feel more balanced, manageable, and aligned with what you want moving forward.
Your first session is a calm, steady space where you don’t have to perform or have everything sorted out. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what led you to seek therapy now, and what you’re hoping will feel different. We’ll look at the stressors or symptoms you’ve been managing and what has or hasn’t helped in the past. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are. I’ll ask practical, supportive questions to help us understand the bigger picture — especially if you’ve been dealing with anxiety, burnout, or major life changes on your own for a long time. By the end of the session, you can expect to walk away with a clearer sense of what might be contributing to your stress, some relief from being able to talk openly, and one or two doable next steps. More than anything, I want you to feel heard, understood, and reassured that therapy can be a consistent place for support and growth.
My approach stands out because it’s both structured and deeply human. I help clients understand their patterns, learn practical skills, and reconnect with what matters most to them — without judgment or pressure. I blend CBT, ACT, and DBT‑informed tools in a way that feels down‑to‑earth and easy to apply in daily life. Clients often say they feel calmer, clearer, and more capable after sessions because they walk away with insight and something concrete they can use right away.
“I love working with people who are trying to build a meaningful life while juggling work, relationships, and personal growth. Many of my clients are young professionals, creatives, or adults going through big life changes — new jobs, breakups, empty nest, career shifts, or feeling burned out. I help people who are anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in overthinking learn how to feel more grounded, confident, and balanced in their daily lives.”
Other specialties
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
“I use CBT in a very down‑to‑earth way. Together, we look at what’s going on in your day‑to‑day life, what thoughts or habits are adding stress, and what small changes can help you feel better. I help clients learn how to challenge unhelpful thinking, build coping skills, and practice new behaviors that support their goals. CBT gives us a clear plan, simple tools, and steps you can use right away.”
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
“I use ACT to help clients stop getting stuck in battles with their thoughts and feelings. Instead of trying to ‘get rid of’ anxiety or stress, we learn how to make space for those experiences and focus on what truly matters. I help clients identify their values, practice mindfulness, and take small steps toward the life they want. ACT is gentle, empowering, and focused on helping you move forward even when things feel hard.”
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
“I use DBT skills to help clients stay grounded, manage strong emotions, and handle stressful situations without feeling overwhelmed. We work on simple, real‑life tools like calming your body, noticing emotions before they take over, and communicating clearly with others. DBT gives clients a set of skills they can use every day to feel more in control and more confident.”
