First session
When we first meet, we will discuss your relationship history as well as your goals. This is a great time to discuss your concerns and expectations for the therapy process and to ask any questions about me and the therapy process. In our second meeting, we will meet separately to discuss your individual relationship concerns and your specific needs in the relationship.
