I currently work with individuals struggling with life transitions which cause them to experience anxiety and/or are in a depressive state. Those struggles can be postpartum, grief, or any changes they are having trouble coping with. I have five years of experience working with individuals struggling with addiction, substance abuse, and trauma. Nevertheless, patients are provided a safe space to share freely, and work diligently to help find them the answers they are seeking.

I use a psychoanalytic approach to help patients explore unconscious thoughts, early childhood experiences, and recurring patterns in relationships. Through techniques like free association and interpretation, we work together to gain insight into internal conflicts and unresolved issues affecting current behavior.
In my psychodynamic work, I focus on helping patients understand how their past experiences and interpersonal relationships shape their present emotions and behaviors. I use this insight-oriented approach to support patients in developing greater self-awareness and fostering emotional growth.
I incorporate CBT techniques to help patients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Together, we develop practical strategies for coping with anxiety, depression, and other concerns, while building healthier, more adaptive thinking patterns.
