Hi, I am a licensed social worker who has had a myriad of experience in my 40 years of practice. I have worked with youth in treatment facilities, domestic and sexual assault survivors, long term care facility for seniors, hospice program, home health programs. I received my Master's of Social Work from Washington University in St Louis, MO. My approach to therapy is to walk into the world of the client, provide unconditional support, explore and identify options for clients, and them identify a work plan to implement changes, anticipating the change that allows the client to live more fully.
In our first session together, we will start with introductions, then dive into specific challenges you find yourself facing, This will allow us to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.
Having worked with varying individuals across the age spectrum, I have broad based experience. I have developed a tried and true playbook which allows for the identification of root causes of challenges and then development of work plan that address the issues leading to needed change.
I am eager to work with any individual who feels additional support will allow them to identify and alter their life choices to allow them to live more fully.
My approach is to walk with clients as they make decisions that will allow them to live their best lives. I find that most people already have answers within themselves they just need support to explore, identify, and implement changes that provide resolutions for life's issues.
