I work with people to improve the relationships they have in their life. It is my belief that the quality of the relationships we have have a large impact on life quality. I work with people to understand their relationships better whether it be with partners, family or friends. We will work on expressing feelings more authentically, asserting boundaries, and overall improvement in communication. We will also work on coping skills to deal with whatever stress and anxiety you are currently dealing with.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We will get to know each other as I understand what is bringing you to counseling. We will go over your work and personal life and understand the relationships you have in your life. We will work together to identify what is occurring and how you think counseling could help you with what is occurring in your life. Hopefully, you will feel heard and understood and leave feeling more confident in being able to improve the relationships you have as well as better coping skills to handle whatever stress or anxiety you are feeling.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I speak authentically, and people that work with me feel they are getting my full attention when working with me. I am honest, clear, and emphatic. I have worked with humans my entire career in a supportive role, and can help you to gain clarity on what is occurring in your life. My cancellation/no show policy is changes must be made 24hrs or more before the session. If a client does not show up or cancel within the 24hr window, there will be a $75 charge.

My treatment methods

Interpersonal

My method is a relaxed, open conversation, where you can feel comfortable to discuss what is occurring in your life, and what could be done to improve things. I am not scripted and figure out what each person needs individually.
