One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to create a warm, non-judgmental space for my clients. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship, and I work collaboratively with each person to tailor our sessions to their unique needs. My commitment to empathy, coupled with my use of evidence-based practices, allows me to support clients in a way that is both compassionate and effective.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I draw on a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I use ACT to help clients develop psychological flexibility and connect with their values. With CBT, I work on challenging and reshaping negative thought patterns. SFBT allows me to focus on practical solutions and set achievable goals, while MI helps enhance clients’ motivation and commitment to change. By integrating these approaches, I tailor my interventions to each client’s unique needs, supporting both immediate progress and long-term growth.
