I look forward to working with you on your ife journey to developing a more authentic and satisfying life!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will be all about getting to know you, what brought you to theory and your goals! We will go over expectations and the therapeutic progress and then develop a plan on how to structure further sessions from there based on your own unique and personal needs.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, which focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We’ll work on identifying patterns that may be holding you back and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.

Humanistic

My approach is grounded in Humanistic Therapy, which centers on the belief that you are the expert in your own life and already have the capacity for growth and change. I provide a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, values, and goals at your own pace. I’m here to support your journey toward greater self-understanding and a more meaningful life

Trauma Informed Care

I take a trauma-informed approach to care, which means I prioritize safety, trust, and collaboration. I recognize the impact trauma can have—not just on how we feel, but how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. In our work together, you can expect a non-judgmental space where your experiences are honored and your pace is respected. I incorporate a variety of trauma treatment options and interventions focused on the individual's needs and presenting trauma related issues and concerns.
