I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I have 8 years of experience and a passion for counseling adolescents and adults who face mood disorders, addictions and substance use, as well as everyday life challenges. I utilize a client-centered approach and develop a collaborative and individualized treatment plan to facilitate clients in achieving their personal goals. Therapy is guided by the philosophy of “comfort in healing “and as such clients will experience a space that is safe to express their innermost thoughts and feelings.

Clients can expect to experience my active listening as they share why they are seeking therapy and their goals for therapy in a judgement free environment.
