Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I always look forward to meeting new clients, and I always strive to provide an authentic and trustworthy space where people can feel safe to be themselves, discover more about themselves, untangle themselves, and heal themselves. In our first session, we will have introductions and get oriented to working together, coming up with a plan that fits what you are looking for.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with individuals, couples and families for 8 years, I have discovered my greatest strength is in developing trust with my clients. I bring my full self to our sessions, and hope it helps you feel comfortable doing the same.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals or couples who wants to live more fully, and would like help to figure out how and take action. They might be dealing with anxiety, depression, family disagreements, social difficulties or past trauma. They could use help in exploring ways to handle difficult emotions, thoughts, or life situations. They are ready to gain self-knowledge and use it to connect better with others and become more of who they really want to be in the world.
