I have experience with PTSD,anxiety,depression,self esteem issues, navigating career issues,existential concerns, interpersonal challenges, grief and loss over relationship/friendship break ups, struggles with setting boundaries and communicating effectively. I am also an advocate of finding intentional time for self care and practicing radical self love unapologetically. Additionally I specialize in Neurodivergent,BIPOC, and LGBTQ populations. I want to de-stigmatize mental health in black and brown communities. I am open minded,non judgemental,and I can help you find the root of your problems and dive deep to support you with finding the answers within.
I love challenging client's cognitive distortions and rigid belief systems. I like to support clients with seeing things from a different lens. I also love utilizing CBT worksheets during sessions.
