About me

I am a blessed mom of 2 boys, with a loving spouse that supports me, and a world where I get to work with people that want support in their lives. Even with the life I live, there are many challenges that we have to navigate. I have 2 years of experience providing mental health services to the youth of today and because of my personal experinces, I have been able to connect with them and help them grow. All I can ask from my clients is to give me a chance to work with you as you navigate life challenges to find a life that's blessed. Therapy is something that has a flow. I may have an idea in mind for what to talk about, but your daily input is more important. Together we will flow through your emotions while facing opportunities to challenge the way you think and guide you to new possibilities; while managing heightened emotions. I use techniques from art therapy, narrative therapy, strength based and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) as a way to have all the tools in my toolbox that we may need.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

It's natural to have questions before your first therapy session. Our initial appointment is for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll review important information about the therapy process, discuss any questions you may have, and spend time exploring what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll develop a personalized plan that reflects your goals and supports your journey toward healing and growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I know that reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and I don't take for granted the trust it takes to share your story with someone new. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and supported. My style is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I'll meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you're experiencing, and work alongside you to build the skills and confidence needed to move forward.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve young adults and adults seeking accessible, evidence-based mental health support and psychoeducation. My ideal clients are often navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, or history of trauma and are looking for actionable strategies to improve their well-being. The ideal mindset is one open to active participation, focusing on goals like emotion regulation, setting healthy boundaries, and developing lasting resilience.
