Hey there! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Antioch University, Los Angeles and have been in practice for 7 years. First session
During our first session you can expect me to inquire about your current state of being. As you discuss your experiences causing you to seek support, I’ll ask questions to gain a better understanding of how you hope to be supported. You too, can ask questions that will help you feel comfortable with continuing the therapeutic process with me.
Strengths
I firmly believe change can only happen when we are honest with ourselves about our experiences. In efforts to meet that need, I will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Informed Approach, Solution-Focused modalities to support you in identifying the unhelpful parts of yourself you would like to change while building upon your natural strengths.
Ideal clients
I focus my practice on individuals ranging from Transitional Age Youth (16-25), and adults 18+having challenges with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relational trauma, domestic violence, phase of life change, grief, and loss.
